We had a fantastic stay with Bali Familia Villa Management at Villa Castilla Saraswati (Jl. Kayu Aya No. 54, Kerobokan Kelod). The location was excellent, with some of the best restaurants nearby, which made getting out with both adults and kids easy and enjoyable. Amini and Wayan were amazing to deal with and very quick to respond whenever we needed help or had questions. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children, and the villa was perfectly suited for a family group. What really stood out was the extra care they took for our smaller children -they organised pool fencing for safety and even set up Christmas decorations, which made our stay feel extra special and thoughtful. Highly recommend for families looking for a great location, excellent communication, and genuine care from the management team.

In reality, the villa looks bigger than in the photo, there are many shops and cafes nearby. Quite a quiet area, the ocean can be seen from the 3rd floor and from the pool. It was very nice to be at this villa. Amini is a nice girl - thank you for everything!

Great stay, amazing place with ocean view. This villa has everything, swimming pool, tv with available netflix and prime video, comfy conversation pit, huge speaker, working stove and microwave, complete cutleries, big fridge, hair dryer, clothes iron. Everything is so clean and perfect. We experienced water shortage, but they quickly fix it, they sent a water truck! Amini and Astika took care of me and they are very fast response. Villa Mango impresses, sitting deep in a laneway where it is quiet and peaceful - there is easy access through secret little gates and gangs to the beach, the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops within minutes. Perfect for a group of friends or a family with 3 well appointed rooms with private ensuite bathrooms each with outdoor showers. At the centre is a large open lounge and dining space with views of the well kept and landscaped gardens surrounding the perfectly sized pool with a little jet pool for a quick dip and chill. The staff are lovely, attentive and accomodating. For a quick and easy getaway, no fuss or nonsense this accomodation will suit most new comers or regular visitors to bali.
